Sarah Pepys, Adoption and Fostering Services Director, has discovered two leaflets to help parents wishing to work with their children's school particularly in cases where adopted children's experiences of separation can be revealed in unexpected way.
One of the leaflets, 'Adoption, Attachment Issues and Your School', is available trhough the Post Adoption Central Support website.

The second leaflet, 'Stop Wasting My Time', provides case studies of pupils with attachment issues in schools and can be purchased from Post-Adoption Central Support (PACS):
