This course is essential for any worker who is nominated as the Appointed First Aider, or supports a qualified First Aider and is also useful training for everyday life.



The training session will cover:

- Insight into Health and Safety regulations
- How to manage an incident
- Priorities of First Aid
- Resuscitation
- Blood loss
- Treatment of an unconscious casualty
- Treatment of shock
- General discussion of common workplace injuries

Assessment is carried out throughout the workshop by the trainer.  After completing the workshop, you will be issued with a certificate that is valid for three years.

Course Cost: £89 including lunch and light refreshments
