| Liz Bailey, Education Manager | Liz manages the Education Team and the overall Education Service provision. Liz has many years experience working within the Social Care Sector as a qualified social worker, NVQ Internal Verifier, Assessor and Trainer. Liz has worked for PACT since 1996 and is a member of PACT's senior management team.
| Sandie McMurray, Assessment Centre Manager
| Sandie is responsible for PACT Education's Assessors, Verifiers, candidates and related qualifications. Sandie has many years experience working in NVQ provision for the Health and Social Care sector and is a qualified Lecturer, NVQ Internal Verfier and Assessor.
| Hayley Edwards, Education Service Co-ordinator
| Hayley has worked for PACT since 2002 and co-ordinates the service provision of the Education team. Hayley also supplies all quotes and contracts for businesses. In addition, Hayley is the administrator of the Skills for Care TSI funding for the South East Region NVQ Partnership.
| Sally Stevens,
Education Service Lead Administrator
| Sally is responsible for workshop and course advertising, candidate enquiries and bookings. Sally also administers the registration and certification of the NVQs.
| Lucy Elvin, Education Service Administrator
| Lucy assists with the day to day running of the office and provides resources for courses and workshops.
| Alison Lane, Education Advisor
| Alison is a qualified NVQ Internal Verifier and Assessor working with PACT Education NVQ candidates. Alison has worked in residential and domciliary care for older people and adults for over 20 years.
| Susan Berry,
Education Advisor
| Susan works alongside Alison as an independent NVQ Internal Verifier and Assessor working with PACT Education NVQ candidates. Susan has worked in residential and domiciliary care for older people and adults for over 10 years.
