Our Vision and Values

The enthusiasm and dedication of my colleagues and our clients to work together in building and strengthening families is most significant for PACT.

The process of looking back and looking ahead has informed the creation of our new 5 year business plan and our new values framework, ISHAPE.

With clear vision and values we will continue to be…

  • an organisation that is recognised as a pioneer in the provision of innovative services in response to need.
  • an influential and respected partner in the development and delivery of innovative services to vulnerable families in the Thames Valley and beyond.
  • a voluntary agency and employer with a developed, high quality workforce which is empowered through our values and a shared vision of the future.
  • an organisation with established performance measures and management information systems to support timely decision making, ensuring investment as appropriate.
  • an organisation with an established, sustainable funding strategy to ensure income profiles respond to the growth needs of the organisation.
  • All these plans are specifically aimed to build and strengthen the families we work with. Through our many conversations I know this has been the case last year and will be the case for
