PACT Adoption and Fostering
At PACT, we have a long history of recruiting adopters and foster carers and placing toddlers and school age children with families from many different backgrounds. Around 50% of the children we place are asian, black or mixed race ethnicity. We are registered to provide adoption, fostering and adoption support services.
PACT's offices are in Reading and London and we work with single people and couples from London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire and surrounding counties and from local authority areas which have contracted us to provide an intercountry services.

Intercountry Adoption
The children available for adoption from overseas may come from a variety of countries. Each will have had an experience in an orphanage or foster care within their own country. The children will be aged between 12 months and 5 years.
We are looking for resourceful families who can be patient but proactive with the adoption process. You will need to cover the costs involved. You will need to respect and keep alive the child’s culture and history.
