The Fostering Process

 

Whichever option you decide to pursue, there is a great deal of information you need to have.  We will be there throughout the process to answer your questions and guide you.

 

Process Overview

  1. Information pack received        
  2. Attend Information evening                  
  3. Initial meeting held at PACT HQ                         
  4. PACT’s decision regarding application                                   
  5. Home study assessment (approx 5 months)                                        
  6. Panel meeting                                              
  7. Approval decision (within 7 days)                                                     
  8. Linking and placement made within 1 year of approval
