PACT Wiltshire
Whilst most of our post adoption work will be based at PACT headquarters in Reading the agency has a contract with Wiltshire Council to provide adoption support services, including intermediary services, independent counselling for birth parents and post adoption support.
These will be coordinated by the senior practitioner based in Wiltshire who will receive all referrals and allocate the work – contact them on 07717833939.
