Health and Social Care Level 2 
Health and Social Care Level 2 is for people who work under
supervision, whose jobs involve a variety of work activities, some of
which are routine, others not so predictable. There is some
individual responsibility and the need for staff to use their
initiative. Working as a member of a team is often an important
part of the job role.
Health & Social Care Level 3 (Adult) and (Children & Young People)
Health and Social Care Level 3 is for those whose jobs involve a
broader range of varied work activities, most of which are complex and
non-routine. There is considerable responsibility for planning
and organizing work, regularly using initiative. Supervising
others may often be required.
Health & Social Care Level 4 (Adult) and (Children & Young People)
Health and Social Care Level 4 is for experienced practitioners who
carry out complex and non-routine tasks, working in managerial roles
with a responsibility for the quality of care practice and care
services. This award includes twelve one-day workshops for
learning development and underpinning knowledge.
