The two projects, run by PACT, have been shortlisted for the cash from the Natwest Community Force Grant but they need votes from supporters to claim it.
Langley Hall drop-in for parents of children under five is run twice a week at the Holy Trinity Church Hall, Bracknell, and helps disadvantaged families and those who need support.
The EKTA group (which means togetherness and unity) is based in Maidenhead and aims to build confidence and self-esteem among women from the Asian community and to reduce isolation.
PACT Assistant Director of Communities Yolanda Hampshire said: “Both Langley Hall and EKTA have made such a difference to many families but without extra funding we might be unable to continue these service.
“A grant of £6,000 will ensure we are able to carry on supporting children and their parents and carers in the future.
“We are delighted to have this opportunity from the Natwest Community Force Grant and would urge people to register and vote for us to give us a chance to win the funding.”
To cast your vote, log on here for Langley Hall and here for EKTA. Once registered, users can vote for up to three projects. Voting closes on 23 October.
