PACT Centenary Champagne
To celebrate the 100th birthday of Parents And Children Together, we are delighted to be able to offer this exclusive champagne.
PACT centenary champagne is a Champagne du Mont Hauban Selection brut.
This is good quality champagne, exclusively imported by Champers Ltd, from just south of Epernay in the heart of the champagne region.
The assemblage is 60% chardonnay (a very high proportion for nv champagne) and 40% Pinot Meunier; in consequence the champagne is soft, fresh and fruity and not over acidic on the palate. It is also held in cave for not less than 4 years before release (a year more than most others) which gives it more balance, depth and subtlety than many nv champagnes.
