Chase and Mason
Could you adopt Chase and Mason?
PACT is looking for a forever family for Chase and Mason.
Chase and Mason are identical twin boys who are three years old. They are sociable, chatty, playful and inquisitive. Both boys enjoy interacting with adults and children and they have gentle, kind natures.
They love spending time on the trampoline and swings, listening to story tapes and splashing in the bath. Their favourite CBeebies programmes are Fireman Sam, Peppa Pig and Thomas the Tank Engine.
Chase and Mason have a good routine including going to a specialist school which they really enjoy. They are affectionate little boys who love having cuddles with their foster carers.
The two boys had a tricky start in life. They were born prematurely and were exposed to cocaine before birth. They both have global development delay but their progress is regularly recognised by their foster carers and professionals involved in their support.
Chase and Mason find change difficult and benefit from structure and routine. Since leaving hospital they have lived with the same foster carer.
Although they are not walking yet, both boys are mobile and determined to move about independently where possible, using frames or wheelchairs for days out. They are very chatty and are able to understand and communicate their needs.
PACT is looking for an adoptive family who would be comfortable with Chase and Mason's health needs and able to offer a nurturing and loving environment for them.
Chase and Mason will receive a comprehensive assessment by the South London and Maudsley Hospital National Fostering and Adoption Clinic to identify their current and future support needs. They will receive therapeutic support tailored to any needs identified in the assessment, and PACT will provide ongoing support for Chase and Mason and their adoptive family.
