Social Workers or Senior Social Workers, Adoption team

Location: Based in London with Hybrid Working

Contract type: Permanent Full Time Positions

Hours per week: 37 hours per week

Salary: Starting salary ranges from £31,483 - £38,479 per annum for Social Worker, and £36,326 to £44,399 for Senior Social Worker. A regional allowance of £3,299 per annum is also payable.

Our adoption teams focus on recruiting adoptive parents who can consider fostering to adopt and/or adopting a wide range of children including those over four years old, sibling groups of two or more children, children from diverse ethnicities and children who may have physical or learning disabilities. With access to our specialist therapeutic services, we are proud to provide excellent lifetime support for our families’ adoption journeys.

With your social work experience with children and families, you will be responsible for all aspects of work with our valued applicants from the early stages of recruitment, initial interview, preparation, and training, through to successful placement and post placement support up to the making of the adoption order.
