Activity morning in Reading

We are running an in-person activity morning in Reading for PACT adopted children aged 2-10 and parents. Our activity mornings are a great opportunity for parents and children to meet other adoptive families in a relaxed setting.

There will be two sessions for different age groups:

10am-11am: Musical movement with Dan for ages 2-5

12pm-1pm: Musical movement with Dan for ages 6-10

Both sessions will help children tap into their senses and learn self-regulation through movement. We will use drums, music and percussion instruments to explore space, move from excited to calm, and use proprioception to help feel calmer inside.
