Event Details

If you are a teenager or young person who was adopted through PACT, these events are for you! Join us to meet other young people who were adopted, get to know our team and take part in an activity.

This month’s session will be an activity session based on the creative and therapeutic activity of ‘sandboxing’. The session will use the therapeutic approach of sand tray therapy which can be useful when working with adopted children and young people of all ages. The events are designed to provide a supportive space for young people to meet our team, connect with others who were adopted through PACT and share their thoughts and feelings. Everyone is welcome, including those who have never joined before.

The activity will be facilitated by therapeutically-trained social workers Jemma and Catherine who will provide parents with more information about the session ahead of time. Parents are welcome to stay for the duration in a separate room if they would like to. A light lunch will be provided.

If you have any questions or would like to chat to our team about the event, or would like to book a place for your child, please email adoptionsupport@pactcharity.org.
