We are running an in-person activity afternoon in Redhill for PACT adopted children aged 5-11 and parents. Our activity days are a great opportunity for parents and children to meet other adoptive families in a relaxed setting.
Musical Movement with Dan
In this activity there is a combination of games following a drum beat or moving to music. Parents are required and we do an exercise where the children work with their parent(s) in a mirroring activity. Children will have great fun and be working on confidence, listening, following, using their sensory system, grand motor skills and self-regulation techniques. Parents may get ideas of games to play with their children that work on proprioception, breathing and calming exercises they can do at home.
Parents are required to attend with their children and booking is essential.
Ages are a guideline to the level of skill involved.
