PACT team working remotely but all services continue

During the current coronavirus pandemic, PACT is committed to continuing its support for children, families and vulnerable women.

Following the Government advice on 16th March, PACT’s offices in Reading, London and Brighton are temporarily closed until further notice and all PACT employees will be working remotely from home. However PACT’s adoption services and support for families, vulnerable women and children will continue.

We politely request that instead of sending items to our offices via Royal Mail that you use email to ensure that there is no delay in our response. Please use info@pactcharity.org if you do not have a direct contact or accounts@pactcharity.org if you are sending invoices or accounts queries. Our Communities team can be reached at bb4k@pactcharity.org and alana.house@pactcharity.org

We are unable to offer face to face adoption information and training events, drop-in sessions and workshops for our community project service users. However these will now be delivered as online workshops, telephone and videocall support, and we are maintaining business as usual as much as we can in these circumstances.

We are still keen to hear from anyone who is considering adopting with PACT. Please call 0300 456 4800 or fill in our enquiry form to speak to our friendly Enquiries Team.

If you are a PACT adopter and need to contact us please call 0300 456 4800. If you are a service user for Alana House or Bounce Back 4 Kids please contact your support worker directly or call the Communities Team on 0118 938 7600.

PACT Adopters – we want to remind you that The Adopter Hub is there as a source of online support to all our families. There are lots of resources and webinars available and you can use the forum to chat with other adopters. If you haven’t yet visited the Hub, go to theadopterhub.org and click ‘request a login’ to be granted access.
