Simon, a High Wycombe dad, will take part in the iconic TCS London Marathon next month in support of women, children and families.
Simon Heudebourck, aged 44, works as a customer success manager for IT solutions provider SCC. He said running the marathon was a “once in a lifetime challenge.”
“As a husband and father I believe in PACT’s values. I hope that the running and fundraising will help raise awareness of the important work they do and help to make a difference.
“I have never entered in a charity event like this so a big challenge for me but I’m looking forward to the day, especially at the start line with so many people taking on their own challenge.”
Simon is one of nine members of Team PACT who will be running the 26.2 miles around the streets of London on 2nd October.
He has a £1,600 fundraising target and is collecting donations to his page at https://tcslondonmarathon.enthuse.com/pf/simon-heudebourck-144c4
He said: “I’m planning to share PACT’s story with my friends and family and ask them to sponsor me for such a worthy cause. My own family are also getting involved by holding cake sales!”
