Supporter of the Month April 2020
Nathan Ash, 9 years old
Nathan Ash, who is 9 years old and was adopted through PACT, wanted to do something to help less fortunate children and families. During the Christmas period last year, he had the idea of collecting toiletries to give to the vulnerable women and children PACT supports who may not otherwise receive anything at Christmas.
Ash encouraged his tennis club and school to get on board as well, asking for donations and setting up collection points. He then wrapped up the toiletries in sets to create wonderful gift packages, working tirelessly some nights to finish them all.
Ash’s mum said, “PACT has always helped him through his life and I think that's why he feels very close to them. I’m very proud that he’s thought of doing this.”
In total Ash collected three large baskets full of toiletries, making up over 100 gift packages to go to less fortunate families at Christmas.
Thank you Ash for all your hard work and your amazing idea: you are a superstar!
