Patricia is a long-standing supporter of PACT’s work over the years and has been a wonderful champion of our community projects, Alana House and Bounce Back 4 Kids.
In August 2020, Patricia set herself the challenge of doing a sponsored walk around all the footpaths in Brimpton parish to raise money for Bounce Back 4 Kids. She walked for four mornings in all weathers with friends and neighbours walking alongside her and she asked for donations towards PACT’s work.
Thanks to her fundraising efforts and the generosity of her friends and neighbours, Patricia raised a fantastic £840 for PACT which was match-funded by The Good Exchange to £1,680!

“Bounce Back for Kids is a fantastic project, and really worth supporting. I am always impressed by the difference PACT makes to people’s lives, and I wanted to help their amazing team to work with young children affected by domestic abuse. Vulnerable families have had a hard time during the pandemic, and I know how much this project will be needed.
I had a lovely week walking along beautiful country footpaths, and I was delighted by the interest and generosity of so many friends and neighbours. Thank you to everyone who walked with me, and everyone who sponsored me through the Good Exchange.”
