PACT runs information events for couples or individuals interested in adoption.
Our information events are a great way for prospective adopters to find out more about adopting and decide if PACT is the right agency for them. The times and dates of all our upcoming events are shown in PACT’s event calendar below.

Information events on Zoom and in-person
Adoption information events are led by a PACT social worker and will include a talk from someone who has adopted through PACT. We are currently running these information events both virtually via Zoom and in-person in various locations. Dates and details of upcoming events are in shown in PACT’s event calendar. Booking is essential and full details of how to join the event will be given when you book.
To book, either fill out our enquiry form here or call our enquiries team on 0300 456 4800 (option 2). Lines are open 10am-5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am-8pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and 10am-1pm on Saturday.

Talking Adoption films and podcasts
In addition to our information events, we have a selection of Talking Adoption shows featuring interviews with adopters and social workers, focusing on different themes, in addition to regular episodes of our Talking Adoption podcasts. These are available on our website or PACT’s YouTube channel. We also hold regular live online Q&A sessions on various topics, find out more about our upcoming Q&A sessions here.
Talk to an expert
We also offer one-to-one calls where you can speak with a PACT social worker or a PACT adopter. If you have already done some research on adoption and you want to talk in more detail about a particular issue or question, or ask an adopter about their experience, these calls are a good way to have a more in-depth discussion about your own situation.
