Reverse advent calendar 🌟
Christmas may be the most wonderful time of the year for many but for those who have experienced trauma, Christmas can be a difficult time.
PACT aims to bring light, hope and joy to children, families and women affected by trauma, helping them to enjoy a brighter and happier Christmas.
Together, we can help make wishes come true.
As part of our Grant A Wish appeal we are running a special initiative. Spread the joy this Christmas with PACT’s reverse advent calendar! 🎁
This festive season is a wonderful time for workplaces to give back to their communities. Our reverse advent calendar is a simple and meaningful way to get your workplace involved.
Unlike a traditional advent calendar where you receive a gift or treat, a reverse advent calendar is about giving.
Every item you donate helps us support women, children and families throughout the year.
We will be sharing updates on LinkedIn throughout December but here is how you can take part:
- Please pick specific items (see below) or dates to collect
- Or commit to collect throughout December ❄️
- Share the list with your colleagues and agree on collection dates
- Email Stephanie Harvey at stephanie.harvey@pactcharity.org to let us know your plans or complete the short form below
- Set up a gift collection box in your office to collect the items on the chosen day
- Take photos and post on social media tagging @pactcharity. Share updates and photos on LinkedIn to inspire other businesses to join in
- If you are able to, deliver your items to us in person so we can thank you and take a photo. Otherwise please post them to: REVERSE ADVENT CALENDAR, PACT, 7 Southern Court, South Street, Reading, RG1 4QS 📍

- 9th: Materials for Theraplay games – feathers 🪶
- 10th: Sanitary products
- 11th: Children’s stationery 📏
- 12th: Hand cream
- 15th: Colouring pens
- 16th: Coaster art
- 17th: Children’s stickers ⭐
- 18th: Chocolate or biscuit boxes
- 19th: Paint 🎨
- 22nd: Adult colouring books with pens
- 23rd: Glitter and glitter sequins
- 24th: Moisturiser
