Cheam School

Cheam is a prep school guided by the values of curious minds, kind hearts and community spirit, with a strong sense of togetherness and a commitment to nurturing kindness, responsibility and service. Cheam has chosen PACT as their Charity of the Year for two consecutive academic years, and their fundraising efforts have been truly inspiring.

In the first year of our partnership, Cheam raised an incredible £30,000 through a series of exciting events. These included a Christmas Fair that brought together families, pupils and local businesses for a festive day of shopping and seasonal cheer; an ambitious Art Exhibition showcasing creative work from every pupil and raising funds through an auction of work from established artists; and a sports-themed quiz night hosted by International footballer Sol Campbell, which was a lively evening of friendly competition, with teams from across the school community coming together to test their knowledge and raise money in a fun and engaging way.

Victoria Edgington, Cheam Foundation Director, said: “As a school, we chose to support PACT because its work with adoptive families and children resonates deeply with our values of care, inclusion and community. Partnering with such a local charity has not only enabled us to raise vital funds but has also sparked meaningful conversations within our school about family, resilience and belonging. This experience has brought the Cheam community together – pupils, staff and families alike – uniting us around a shared purpose and giving us the joy of seeing how our efforts can make a real difference close to home. We are proud to be supporting PACT.”

We’re so grateful to the Cheam School community for their continued support and enthusiasm. Their efforts are making a real difference to the families we support.
