Here you’ll find how to make lavender playdough – a great stress relief activity that smells great too!

✅ You will need:

  • 125g plain flour
  • 150g salt
  • 2 tbsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 235ml hot water
  • Lavender essential oil (a few drops)
  • Purple food coloring (optional)

🥣 What to do:

1️⃣ Whisk the dry ingredients (flour, salt, cream of tartar) in a medium bowl.

2️⃣ Stir in the vegetable oil, hot water, food colouring, and lavender oil.

3️⃣ Mix until it forms a dough, then let it cool down slightly so it is safe to handle.

4️⃣ Knead the playdough on a flat surface until smooth and stretchy.

(You can always add slightly more water if your playdough is too dry, or flour if it’s too sticky)

Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
