Lily and Rose are affectionate, curious twin sisters who enjoy listening to music and stories on their Toniebox and find comfort in familiar voices and routines. 

At 22 months old, they are looking for a loving and committed adoptive family who can help them grow, flourish, and experience the world around them. Both girls are registered blind and have additional needs. One of the twins also has epilepsy, which is well managed with medication. 

Lily and Rose respond well to sensory play, routine, and warm, consistent care. They will need parents who can offer patience, understanding, and encouragement, while celebrating every achievement and milestone along the way. 

We are seeking adopters who can embrace the girls for who they are, support their individual development, and advocate for their ongoing needs. Most importantly, they need a family who will provide the love, security, and sense of belonging every child deserves. 

PACT will be with you every step of the way, offering comprehensive preparation, specialist guidance, and lifelong therapeutic support through our adoption support service.

PACT is particularly keen to hear from couples who can provide the patience, commitment and understanding the girls will need as they grow. As the sisters use specialist equipment, their adoptive family will need to have enough room to accommodate this alongside a spare room for them.
