Meet our London Marathon 2026 runners…
Gemma
Gemma Curran, aged 50, is a giving advisor from London. Gemma said: “I am running in the 2026 London Marathon for PACT because I’ve just turned 50 and need to keep fit! More importantly, thanks to PACT, I have three little people living with me who keep me on my toes!”
Jonathan
Jonathan, aged 40, is a headteacher. He said: “I’m most looking forward to raising money for a great charity, and experiencing the thrill and atmosphere of running around London on the big day; the feeling of accomplishment when I pass the finish line, knowing I have raised much-needed funds for a fantastic charity.”
Have you been lucky enough to get an individual ballot place for the 2026 TCS London Marathon, taking place on Sunday 26th April? We’d love you to join Team PACT and support our life-changing work building adoptive families and supporting children, women and parents to embrace a positive future.
There is no minimum fundraising requirement with individual ballot places.
Running for a charity is an amazing way to take part in the marathon. Knowing you are running for a good cause helps to motivate you throughout your training and gives you a strong sense of purpose.
If you have any questions or would like any support from us, please get in touch at julie.maclean@pactcharity.org.
