Women can refer themselves to Alana House or be referred from another voluntary organisation or community-based service in any area we offer a service. If you are unsure if we are the right agency to support you, contact us and we will recommend other avenues of support if we are unable to assist you.

I couldn’t recommend Alana House enough, since working with you all I have felt so supported which has helped me manage my situation. I’m able to rationalise my thought processes and accept that this time of my life will pass as long as I continue to be self-sufficient. It has helped me accept that life is full of ups and downs but it’s the way you respond to them that makes the difference. To be honest, the way I was, if I hadn’t found Alana House I think something very bad would have happened.
