First year of family life (online)

PACT’s Strengthening Families Team are piloting an exciting new workshop that aims to support  families through the ups and downs of early placement.

This virtual event will be both interactive and practical. It will also be a valuable opportunity for you to spend time with other parents who are at a similar stage in their adoption journey.

The day will include;

• Thinking about what your child has brought to the family
• The parenting rollercoaster
• Therapeutic parenting and boundaries
• Dealing with challenging issues

There will also be a facilitated virtual catch up four weeks later to enable you to maintain the links that you have made.
