Jason Law

Jason Law, aged 50, is running for Parents And Children Together (PACT), a charity that provides outstanding adoption services, specialist therapeutic support and inspirational community projects.

Jason, who works in business security at Invesco, said: “I have run previously for PACT and wanted to mark my 50th celebrations by raising more resource for PACT.”

Running is not new to Jason. Previously, he has undertaken 10 marathons, one ultramarathon and several triathlons; in November he is taking it one step further by climbing Kilimanjaro.

Jason said: “Training is not going too bad. I am doing nowhere near as much training as I used to undertake but I am hoping a bit of age and experience makes up for it!”

Jason is one of five members of Team PACT who will be running the 26.2 miles around the streets of London on Sunday 21st April. He has a £1,600 fundraising target and is collecting donations to his page at Parents And Children Together: Parents And Children Together: Jason Law London Marathon 2024 and Kilimanjaro Climb 2024 (enthuse.com) and with every pound donated, Jason’s employer Invesco will kindly double the donation.

When asked what he is most looking forward to, Jason said: “The support from the crowd, a sense of achievement but of course the finishing line and a cold drink.”
